QUALITY CONTROL STANDARD-WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE FLOORING

SCOPE

This standard specifies the requirements of WPC floor for export, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, transportation and storage requirements

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Size And Deviation

Length: Indoor ≤0.1% of length; Outdoor ≤0.2% of length

Width: Indoor ≤1.0mm, the difference between the maximum and minimum values ≤0.6 mm;

Outdoor ≤1.2mm, the difference between the maximum and minimum values ≤0.8 mm

Thickness: Indoor ≤0.8mm; Outdoor ≤1.2mm

Stucture: PU/UV Coating+Wear Layer+Decoration Layer+Vinyl Layer+WPC Core +Cork or EVA

Bevel: Chamfer Angle is 45 degrees, chamfering width (i.e., chamfering slope width) is 0.5 mm

Straight Angle: Qmax ≤0.30mm

Straightness: Smax ≤0.30mm/m

Model of click: should be the same as the confirmed steel model

Twist: Indoor ≥1.2mm/m; Outdoor ≥1.5mm/m

Warp: extending direction≤ 6.0mm/m

Gap: average value≤0.3 mm, Gmax ≤0.5 mm

Height difference: average value ≤0.10mm, Hmax ≤0.15mm

RE:

1.No tongue WPC flooring does not required height difference and gap; If have tongue and groove, the width of tongue should be more than 3mm.

2.For holloe wpc flooring, the weight should be more than 95% of solid wpc flooring.

Backing Of Wood-Plastic Composite Flooring

Should be smooth, no obvious uneven parts, no cracks, no tenon and missing edge horns. Scratches, bubbles,

impurities,trace grains, gloss unevenness are allowed if they does not influence daily use.

For the wood plastic floor is used on the stairs, thus the bending load should be greater than 3338N Note 1: indoor places without high humidity have no requirements for freezing-thawing resistance property and corrosion resistance to fungal of wood plastic flooring Note 2: skid resistance value of wood plastic flooring is not required in places without high humidity Note 3: wood plastic floor for indoor use has no requirements for the aging performance Note 4: wood plastic floor for outdoor use has no requirements for the color fastness to light

PACKING

Product Mark

Before the products are stored, they should be tagged in proper parts with their product models, trademarks, production dates, etc.

Packing Mark

The standard codes , factory name, address, product name, production date, trademarks, specifications, formaldehyde release sign, type, grade, quantity, etc.

Package

A product shall be packed based on its category, specification and grade. The enterprises shall provide detailed instruction books and manuals according to the characteristics of a product. The package shall protect products from being hit,scratched or stained. Packing requirements shall only be settled after negotiation between two parties.
